As a new client of our practice, you can will receive our attention to you and your pets’ needs. Our goal is to provide you with service that is respectful, courteous, and exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on providing treatment plans, nutrition counselling and support, health information, wellness plans and protocols that are suited for your and your pet. We will also provide you with an information network and accessibility to your pet’s individual vaccination and medical history exams 24 hours a day.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, your companion will be weighed, and we will admit you in an examination room. Your visit will start with you and your pet meeting one of our exceptional Registered Veterinary Technicians; who first will take a history, and gather some additional information for the doctor. Your veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. You will normally see the RVT again to wrap things up, and she will provide you with further educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
We will also ask you for your email address to receive email reminders from us for your pet’s needs and to provide you with 24 hour, 7 day a week access to your own pet’s medical information. Check out the features on our PETLY service for more details.
